Online Payment Policy

This Online Payment Policy applies to all portrait photography services booked through our website and paid via PayPal.
By submitting payment, you agree to the terms below.
1. Payment Method
All online payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store or have access to your full financial information.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
2. Booking & Payment Terms

A non-refundable retainer of [50%] is required to secure your session date.

The remaining balance is due [before the session / on the session date / before image delivery].

Your session date is not confirmed until payment is received.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least [24–48 hours] notice.

The retainer is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date within [14 days].

Failure to appear without notice forfeits the retainer.
Weather reschedules for outdoor sessions may be accommodated at no additional charge.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of photography services:

Refunds are not issued once services have been rendered.

Editing style is artistic and consistent with the photographer’s portfolio.

If a technical failure occurs (equipment malfunction, lost files, etc.), liability is limited to a reshoot or refund of the session fee.
5. Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered via digital gallery within [5-7 business days] after the session and full payment.
Unedited RAW files are not included.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe there has been an error with your charge, please contact us directly at fotodono@gmail.com before initiating a PayPal dispute so we can resolve the matter promptly.
7. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
